So good and cheap for a quick lunch. I wish they had more options for veggies like broccoli or bean sprouts. Medium could be very spicy if you dont eat spicy food a lot. I’d recommend order Mild then add chili oil to make it spicy.
A great spot for a quick bowl of tasty noodles and dumplings. I was very happy to have found a place serving Chongqing style noodle soup with minced pork and very pleased with the quality and flavor for the price. The soup dumplings were nice and juicy and filled with plenty of pork. I ordered medium spice to get a feel for it, and would definitely recommend going hotter if you want it to be anything like it is in Chongqing as there was much less spice than I expected.
Tasted very authentic, but is extremely hot so be careful! I didn’t care for the meat as it is pretty fatty. I liked the use of cardboard/paper containers (Don’t worry they don’t leak, but they will get slightly greasy if left for too long).
Can’t beat a $9.95 noodle bowl! We got the spicy beef and spicy rib. Meat was tender and broth was perfectly seasoned. Can’t wait to come back and try the other items.
Loved! For sure going again! I will say a bowl of noodles is around 10 dollars but I got that and two appetizers for around 20! The workers were very nice and it was just really cute. 🥰
We wound up here pretty much by accident. My wife had seen the sign for the ramen place next door but I saw this as I was getting out of the car. Very glad I did. Delicious and affordable. All of the entrées are $9.99. Even the Soup Dumplings, which have a meatball in the center and a tasty, ginger forward broth. The only critique I have is the fried egg as a topping. I was expecting the yolk to be runny but it was hard cooked. But on the plus side, all of the toppings (including the egg) are no charge for up to four. Entrées can be with or without broth. Located just on the north side of Chick-fil-A on Old Denton, you have GOT to try this place. Good food and a great value.
Absolutely great and simple spicy beef noodle soup. If you want noods, spice, and tender beef, this bowl is great. We will definitely be back again! I also couldn’t pass up any chance to have sliced pig ears. Hubs got the same noodle soup, and the sliced salted cucumbers were fantastic. Also don’t skip on the soup dumplings!
A hidden gem you don’t want to miss! Compared to other spots nearby, this place offers amazing value with big portions. The noodle soup is flavorful with plenty of protein, and it even comes with an egg. The soup dumplings are huge, super juicy, and packed with meat — definitely worth a try. On top of that, the dining area is clean and comfortable, and you can even see into the kitchen, which makes the whole experience feel safe and trustworthy.
